From the first phone-call to book the appointment through the appointment itself everyone was professional, reassuring and welcoming. Dr Courtney was so kind and patient, explaining everything clearly. Recommend highly!

I was recommended to the Clocktower Dental Surgery.From day one of signing up with this dental practice I have nothing but high praises. Exceptional, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, these are just some of the words to express how good this dental surgery is. I think this surgery should be given some sort of award for their professionalism and excellent service from the dentist to the receptionist. Good customer service is key. I rave about this practice to my friends and colleagues. 5 starts without a doubt. I hope they continue with this excellent service they provide.

I’ve been using the Clocktower Dental practise for over 15 years, and have always had great service. The recent make-over of the premises giving a clean and welcoming ground floor reception and waiting area, as well as the fresh, new, and well-equipped private dental studios makes it a joy to visit. All helped by some of the friendliest staff in London.

Best clinic. Not only for me. We saw patients coming in and leaving with smile on their face. Nice and friendly staff who are always ready to assist and greet you warmly. Very neat facilities. In all of our visits, we were treated with care and expertise. Great service. Thank you so much.

Definitely 5 stars! The dentists and hygienist are always excellent, they are so patient and will always explain everything to you clearly. They provide excellent care, and great advice, they really look after my teeth. Also I have been a patient for a while and have never had to wait. What really makes this surgery stand apart from others is the reception staff. I have never known any business to be able to consistently have such lovely and helpful reception staff, every single reception staff member will make sure every visit is a pleasant one and will always go over and above to make you comfortable.

The best dental surgery I have attended by far. All members of staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience with both the dental hygienist and dentist.

A very professional and friendly service was given to me on all my visits there and yes it costs money but it is worth the price to get the results you want. 10 out of 10 for me. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

The Clocktower Dental Surgery team are beyond excellent and attentive!
Their collaborative effort really shows the moment you step though the door as the team are ready to listen and professional. Dr Thethy especially, is above amazing as his efforts really shine through to ensure his patients are comfortable and happy with their results at the end of their treatments.

Best dental care service I’ve received, had I have discovered them a lot earlier I’m pretty sure my teeth would’ve been in a healthier condition. Also I’ve never been made to wait longer than 5mins past my appointment time

I have been going to Clock Tower Dental surgery for many years. Never have I been disappointed.
In the last year I have had work done for dental implants. Many people have suggested going abroad where the procedure is cheaper. I decided to go ahead with clock tower because I knew them and trusted them. During the course of my treatment I witnessed the care and attention to every detail and I am glad I didn’t go abroad. Amazing dental surgery!! Seriously, the team are so fantastic I could not ask for better. I get extremely nervous at the dentist usually, but since coming here I’m not as bothered! Dr Parag Patel is AMAZING – he goes over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. happy I came here. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Very friendly, professional service. Well-priced. Trust them with my gnashers like no one else. Bit annoying that they don’t tend to have someone to pick up the phone when you ring, in my experience, but they do call back swiftly. Overall, a really valuable community pillar.
